The Mozzarella Co. with Cross Timbers Winery

Kick off GrapeFest - A Texas Wine Experience, presented by Bank of the West, with a pre-festival Wine and Cheese pairing class.  Join us at Cross Timbers Winery on Wednesday, August 31st, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. for a wine and cheese pairing event you won't forget.  The class will feature Cross Timbers wines paired with four cheeses specifically chosen to enhance the wine experience.  Space is limited and tickets must be purchased in advance to experience these perfect pairings.

There will be 4 - 2 ounce tastings of wine paired with four types of cheese from Paula Lambert with the Mozzarella Company.  Paula Lambert will lead the class. The Mozzarella Company won seven awards at the American Cheese Society Judging in July.
