PAWS By Reading

Join us at Grapevine Animal Services for our PAWS (Promoting Animal Welfare and Safety) by Reading program!  Come see our new animal shelter and enjoy learning about responsible pet ownership and compassion for animals with your family.

Children 12 and under will have the opportunity to attend story time at the shelter.  Our shelter staff will welcome children and read two stories about the connection between animals and people.  Following story time, there will be a craft and a snack.

Sign up is required due to limited space.  To help allow as many children to attend as possible, we kindly ask that there is only one adult chaperone per family; children should not be left unattended.  The event is free of charge.  If you wish to bring a donated item for our animals, you can check out our Wish List.
