- New for 2023: A Taste of Texas, Brews of the Lone Star State, sponsored by Gaylord Texan Resort. This will be located in Liberty Park Plaza next to Messina Hof Winery. It will exclusively feature more than 20 breweries with more than 40 craft brews from deep in the heart of Texas. There is also an optional VIP experience.

- Also brand new, is Brews & Bites, a 75-minute series that provides a comprehensive overview of the various types of craft brew and how to complement them with food.  Explore the sweet and savory flavors from Chef Fabien Goury of Chez Fabien/Main Street Bakery.  The delightful offerings will be paired with an array of award-winning brews from Shannon Brewing Company out of Keller, Texas.
