Hog Butchering and Curing
January 12 & 13, 2019

($35 each day)


Experience the skills of 19th century hog butchering, curing, sausage making, and the use of a smokehouse at this two day workshop.


Participants must by 16 years old.  Advance purchase only.


Victorian Candy Making

Enjoy making old-fashioned candies for your Valentine.


19th Century Farm Meal
March 9, 2019

Prepare a late 19th century meal on a wood cook stove in the 1869 farmhouse with historic culinary educators.


Cheese Making
May 3 and 4, 2019
(Choose one session - Friday 6 pm or Saturday 10 am.)


Learn the basics of cheese making.
