Hog Butchering and Curing Workshops
January 13 & 14, 2018
10 am - 2 pm
Experience the skill of 19th century hog butchering, curing, and the use of a smokehouse at this two day workshop. Participants must be at least 16 years old, advance tickets only.
$35 per day includes hot meal and class textbook.
