Thursday, December 1 at 7: 25 p.m. | Departs from and returns to the Historic Stockyards Station in Fort Worth

Thursday, December 8 at 7: 25 p.m. | Departs from and returns to Grapevine

Thursday, December 15 at 7: 25 p.m. | Departs from and returns to Grapevine

Important Times:

Check-in: 6 – 7:15 p.m.

Boarding begins: 7 p.m.

Final boarding call/doors close: 7:20 p.m.

Train departure: 7:25 p.m.

Approximate return: 9:30 p.m.

General Admission (Wheelchair Accessible)

$45 per person (Ages 21+), price includes:

• Two (2) 4-ounce glasses* of fine Texas wine from a Grapevine Winery Tasting Room;


• Souvenir wine glass;


• Individually portioned savory bites with dessert (Vegetarian/Gluten-free option available);


• Grapevine branded poly bag with promotional items and a complimentary bottle of water;

*Additional wine available for purchase

Premier Class (Not wheelchair accessible) – Grapevine Only

$360 per table - seating for four (4) people (Ages 21+), price includes (for each guest):

• Hot plated meal (Vegetarian/Gluten-free option available);


• Three (3) 4-ounce glasses* of fine Texas wine from a Grapevine winery tasting room;


• Souvenir wine glass;

Grapevine Parking:

• 636 S. Main St. – Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau – FREE (ADA Accessible);


• 255 E. Dallas Rd. – Grapevine Main Parking Garage – Free for first 90 minutes; $1 per every additional hour (ADA Accessible);


• Additional parking available throughout Historic Grapevine – FREE

Fort Worth Stockyards Parking:

Paid parking is available throughout the Historic Stockyards. Each parking lot has a sign with a QR code. Scan the code, enter your license plate number and credit card information. 

Boarding will begin at 7 p.m. The train will leave PROMPTLY at 7:25 p.m. – rain or shine. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to final boarding call (7:20 p.m.) and check-in for seat assignments prior to boarding.

Seating is assigned upon check-in.  All groups must check in at the same time to ensure that they are seated together in the same coach. Groups include other parties that you wish to sit by. Changes cannot be made in seating assignments after boarding passes are issued. Check-in begins at 6 p.m.

Tickets are non-refundable.

The Grapevine Christmas Wine Trains do not travel to the Historic Stockyards in Fort Worth. The Fort Worth Christmas Wine Train does not travel to Grapevine. Passengers will not de-board the train during the excursion.

The container of individually portioned savory bites and dessert may or may not be considered a meal to some.  Therefore, we recommend attendees plan accordingly.

Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your ticketed departure time. Train doors will be closed and locked 10 minutes prior to departure. Trains are unable to be held and passengers will not be allowed to board after doors are locked. Missed trains will not be refunded.
