Celebrate GrapeFest® - A Texas Wine Experience, presented by Bank of the West, with a pre-festival Wine Dinner.  Join us at Chez Fabien on Tuesday, August 21 at 6:30 p.m. for a food and wine pairing event you won't forget.  Dinner will feature Texas wines paired with a four course meal to enhance the wine experience.  Space is limited. Tickets must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable.

Amuse-Bouche Trio
Shrimp crudo with a cilantro, lime and serrano pepper marinade
