January 14 & 15 - Hog Butchering & Curing
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. $30 per day or $50 for both days.
Experience the skills of 19th century hog butchering, curing, and the use of a smokehouse at this two day workshop. Participants must be at least 16 years old, advance tickets only.
February 4th - Victorian Candy Making
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. $35.00
Enjoy making old fashioned candies for your Valentine at this interactive program.
March 25 - Wood Stove Cooking
10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. $35.00
Prepare a late 19th century meal on a wood cook stove at the 1869 Nash Farmhouse with historic culinary educators.
May 13 - Cheese Making
10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. $35.00
Learn the basics of cheese making.
July 15 - Victorian Paper Crafts
10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. $35.00
Participants will make several Victorian paper crafts for their parlors.
August 26 - Soap Making

Learn the basics of soap making. Enjoy taking home your own soaps.
November 4 - Campfire Cooking
10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. $35.00
Join the farmhands for a campfire cooking workshop. Learn skills to cook and bake with a wood fire.
