Easter Train

Thank you for joining the Grapevine Vintage Railroad on Easter Sunday! The Easter Bunny will join passengers on a one-hour excursion followed by an Easter Egg Hunt after the train ride. 

The Easter train will begin boarding at 1:30 p.m. at the Cotton Belt Railroad Depot with a prompt departure at 2 p.m. Please arrive on time.  No refunds will be given for missed trains or inclement weather.

This special excursion will not travel to the Fort Worth Stockyards.  

The egg hunt is open to children ages 12 and under only. Purchase of a train ticket is required to participate.  All participants will be provided with an Easter basket and no outside baskets will be allowed.  There is a limit of 12 eggs per child.

Things to remember for the Easter Egg Hunt:

1. Participants will be provided with an Easter Basket by the Grapevine Vintage Railroad.  Only this basket may be used.


2. To ensure that all children have an equal chance, there will be a limit of 12 eggs per basket.


3. No adults will be allowed on the field with the exception of a parent helping children ages three and under or children with special needs. 


4. Please assist the staff by asking your children not to run or push during the egg hunt.


5. In the event of inclement weather, baskets and eggs will be distributed to children 12 and under by the staff as they exit the train.
